My story

carieraI have an experience of 16 years in financial, fiscal and management consulting, among which I spent almost 10 years as financial director and operational and strategy manager in a multinational company activating on the Romanian market.

It is about Timac Agro România, a company with a turn-over of over 30 millions of euro on the local market and over 100 employees in agribusiness field.

At Timac, I managed the financial, strategic, operational strategy.

I worked in Romania, but I financially and strategically coordinated many projects in country from our region as Turkey, Greece, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

Mirela este studenta in an terminal la ASE – Facultatea de Economia Afacerilor, si isi doreste sa lucreze in contabilitate si analiza financiara. Aduce in echipa curiozitate si perseverenta.

  • basic accounting (rented bookkeeper) – we are present at your headquarters once or twice per week taking care that all the papers are correct and up to date
  • book keeping – monthly, we process the accounting documents, month closing procedures, trial balance
  • accounting assistance – we monthly intervene ( or more often) at your headquarters in order to do the required check-up and to put the stamp ”chartered accountant” on the trial balance
  • renumeration – labour contracts, REVISAL, pay lists
  • taxes: fiscal declarations and fiscal guidance/optimisation.
