My story


I have an experience of 16 years in financial, fiscal and management consulting, among which I spent almost 10 years as financial director and operational and strategy manager in a multinational company activating on the Romanian market.

It is about Timac Agro România, a company with a turn-over of over 30 millions of euro on the local market and over 100 employees in agribusiness field.

At Timac, I managed the financial, strategic, operational strategy.

I worked in Romania, but I financially and strategically coordinated many projects in country from our region as Turkey, Greece, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

How do I work?

Firstly, it is very important to know that next to me, in my approach of being a valuable partner for the growth of your business, I have a waist team of professionals, a multidisciplinary team covering a large offer of services for areas as fiscal, financial and strategic consultancy.

Under my coordination and with your deep involvement, the measurable results can be seen in minimum one month from the signature of the contract.

How do we proceed?

Our starting point is the goal or problem identified by you. We analyse and establish together the causes of the problem. Together we agree on the most efficient methods of eliminating this causes.
Furthermore, we propose you an action plan analysing benefits, costs and associated risks.

We punctually intervene in the implementation of the solution and we ensure the permanent monitoring of the process, also after the ending of the implementation stage on a period that we agree on together. Our method is based on cooperation with your teams and directors in order to avoid as much as possible the situation when the decision is ”mandatory” imposed.

Why do we act like this?

Because during so many years of practice I noticed that if the employees, but especially the managers, are not involved in the transformation process of the company and are not supporting it, they finish by sabotaging it and, implicitly, sabotaging the passage at the next growth level.

Through cooperation and cohesion, we ensure both the success of the project and the its realisation at optimal parameters (time, money, located resources). Additionally, we always pay attention at the construction of a adequate budget, taking into account limited interventions, but with impact and working times efficiently distributed.

  • Cum pot sa sustin aceasta dezvoltare cu un buget cat mai mic de cheltuieli fixe si variabile?
  • Cum sa ne organizam ca sa avem oamenii potriviti si cea mai eficienta structura posibila?
  • Cum sa fiu sigur ca si in timpul si dupa ce ating cresterea dorita pastrez controlul asupra patrimoniului?
  • Cum ma asigur ca strategia gandita de mine este implementata in companie si aduce rezultatele dorite?
  • Cum sa devin un partener de afaceri de incredere pentru clienti pe care nu ii accesez acum sau ii accesez prea putin, cum ar fi multinationalele sau (potentiali) clienti externi (export)?
  • Am in vedere toate riscurile importante, cu impact sau probabilitate de aparitie mare? Am solutii si masuri pregatite pentru a fi aplicate imediat, in cazul in care riscurile respective apar?
  • Cum imi pot face investitiile cat mai bine din punct de vedere legal, fiscal, financiar?
